Gorgeous place! Located on a hidden hill, this is the perfect getaway. The decor is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. There is a pool, jacuzzi, bar, and restaurant. They have a "gym" but it is more like 4 machines atop a stairway (and 2/4 were broken). I still used the machines and had a wonderful time in the pool. They have great service, too! I called for room service to have coffee and within 3 minutes someone was at my door with it. Awesome! Overall, this is a very clean, hidden, beautiful, and modern, high quality hotel. A little pricey, but well worth the money. We are very pleased and will be returning soon!!

5 Star all around. From check in to check out, very professional crew. Room was clean and comfortable, no issues at all. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Close to everything. Restaurant, I would say 3.5 out of 5. Service was slow, and it was not crowded, upscale restaurant with low quality service. Went twice and different waitresses, same slow service. Food was not great either. Views and atmosphere is amazing for sure, but service and food are not that great. Got the steak n fries, flavorless steak to be honest, the fries were the star of the plate. Family went and we all got different items, same thing, not a lot of flavors and on top with slow service, no thank you. The hotel keeps this place alive.

My wife and I stayed here on 5/8/2021, for a quiet romantic night. There wasn't very many people here, which made me a little nervous at first. The staff was very friendly and all interactions were professional. All of the staff were fluent in both Spanish and English. The room was nice, large and clean. The grounds and the hotel are beautiful. I wish our balcony was just a little bigger and more open. We had a couples massage in our room. My wife loved her massage. Mine was terrible. So I would not recommend getting a massage from here. The pool was closed. There was a wedding party that night in the pool area, so we did not get to enjoy it. I do wish this hotel had a bar with dancing. It would have been nice to listen to some music and dance with my wife. But if you want a very quiet get away, this place will not disappoint. I highly recommend and we will be back.

Beautiful and tranquil property tucked high on a hill in Tecate with sweeping garden views seemingly everywhere. The property is so relaxing, it feels like you are at a spa/hotel. Location is close to the border crossing too. The rooms, restaurant, pool, and common areas were immaculate. This is truly a great value! Breakfast at the on-site restaurant Asao was amazing. Chilaquiles were some of the best I have had. Scrambled eggs and bacon with toast were also very good.

The details and the view!! Each room is unique, we had 3 in our group and all 3 rooms were beautiful. Hotel has a resort feel to it. You could come for work or vacation. The simple touch’s are great.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE 10/10!!!! Everybody is super friendly and very helpful. ENTIRE facility is clean and polished and very well kept. Rooms are very comfortable and everything is on point. Restaurant never fails and always hits the spot. Highly recommend this resort!!

What a great experience. We had to book a room unexpectedly in Tacate and there was "room at the inn". The hotel is beautiful, the staff was very helpful with a cheerful attitude. As we didn't quite have everything we needed, the staff provided for us graciously. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and many things were provided complimentary. We weren't nickel and dimed for things like we would have been at a US hotel. I hope we have the opportunity to come again.

Very elegant and beautiful. Stunning views. Wonderful ammenities and atmosphere. This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I to have a fun and relaxing time. My room had a bathtub in addition to the walk-in shower. And the TV was huge. It also had a wine cooler, wine glasses, Nespresso, and more. Hope to be back soon. I highly recommend!
